Important Update in relation to COVID-19

We would like to reassure all of our clients that we are committed to carrying out business as usual while putting the appropriate measures in place to keep colleagues both safe and healthy.

With the schools officially closing today, we have taken the decision for the majority of our staff to work remotely from home from this point onwards. We all have families and friends who are potentially more at risk and we are committed to supporting all of our staff during this challenging period.

All meetings will be moved to video or conference calls to reduce any impact to services. We have agreed with a small number of critical members of staff to remain in the Belfast or Daresbury office to assist with business continuity and that will continue for as long as we can. We are ensuring these staff are supporting social distancing whilst in the office and following the guidelines from the Health Service.

Flint Studios will continue to support our clients throughout the uncertainty of the upcoming months. In the event of a complete lockdown, all of our staff are fully-equipped to work from home and we do not see any disruption to any of the ongoing services that we provide.

We are always working on a broad range of projects across the business but we are also encouraging all of our clients to take a more strategic approach to the next few months. There remains an opportunity to invest during this period in their online capabilities so they are prepared to deal with the recovery period and into the second half of 2020.

If for any other reason, circumstances change and we need to adapt our approach in response to government or WHO advice, then you will be the first to know.
