We are delighted to be recruiting for a Head of Sales/Business Development Manager for our Belfast office. We provide a range of solutions (Web Development, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Integration and Design) for organisations throughout NI & GB. 
Purpose & Objectives:
  • Hands on Head of Sales who is comfortable being the major sales contributor
  • Ownership of Sales target and Customer Management
  • Drive new business development (predominantly Private sector)
  • Establish and develop commercial relationships with potential opportunities/clients through lead identification (with support from the Marketing team), networking, tenders and referrals
  • Develop and expand their existing client base
  • Establish a network of commercial relationships and a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Identify needs, create and present compelling, value add propositions and proposals through to close with clients

Person Specification:
  • Will be outstanding at developing new business in a collaborative manner (working with the PM, design and dev teams), identifying opportunities and building great relationships
  • Use your sales expertise, knowledge of their services to identify and convert new business opportunities to deliver return on investment and profitable growth
  • Possess the experience and professionalism to be credible in the market
  • Excellent at qualifying opportunities
  • Have a track record of building strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Accurately maintain the CRM with customer & lead information and provide timely reports to the Board
  • Have experience of Services solution sales with a value of up to six-figure deals and comfortable delivering/supporting the Company’s sales target
  • Skills and Attributes
  • An IT sales background in Software, Web Development, CMS/eCommerce or SAAS sales
  • Able to provide evidence of achieving targets in a sales role
