Brief

Blue Clarity is a team of experienced professionals at the forefront of design, surveying and planning. Flint Studios were tasked with improving the company's online presence to encourage lead generation and support growth. We carried out a detailed review and recommended a step-by-step approach to the redesign and development of a new website to drive a better execution of the company's capabilities.

Measurable Results

Navigation

Getting the user to the area they want quickly and efficiently is key to good UX. We created a large user interface made up of the five business sectors, guiding the user through both text and photography. We presented the core navigation in the top header area of the website with an 'on click' approach to present the second and third level navigation, utilising a clean and simple drop-down menu.

Content Management System

The type of CMS will, of course, depend on the particular requirements of your business. We work closely with our clients to help them select the best CMS to match their needs. The Blue Clarity website is predominantly content led without any requirements for online payments, therefore, the WordPress CMS was ideal for creating, editing, organising and publishing content. A perfect fit for Blue Clarity.

Responsive Slideout Menu

Having a functional navigation that works on both mobile and desktop is essential. The mobile responsive version of Blue Clarity's website offers a well-designed sliding navigation menu which is triggered on tap of a customised hamburger icon.

Reflecting and enhancing the brand

A website is also a huge part of a companies brand. We like to see ourselves as guardians of your brand, and on every site, including Blue Clarity's, we create a colour palette and type styles that matched the brand. These are incorporated into the page templates and dynamically apply when new content is added.
