Brief

Constantly adapting to meet the changing demands of its customers Heyn Handling Solutions has long been recognised as a high quality, professional, and innovative company since 1823. Heyn's online presence was a combination of four different sales models supported by multiple domains. The challenge was to combine these elements and deliver an overall, easy to use, ecommerce website that would increase sales online and provide a modern web experience, across a broad range of products, for all of their customers.

Measurable Results

Kentico CMS Integration

The content managed (CMS) was developed in asp.NET using the Kentico eCommerce platform with rich customisable features. Kentico is a powerful and easy to use CMS particularly suited to web projects that anticipate further development. We were able to configure the out of the box functionality to support complex order processing and custom reporting. The Kentico tracking facility is particularly suited to sales measurement for lead generation that can be tailored to the customer's needs. This unique combination of features and benefits made Kentico was the ideal solution for this project.

User Experience Design

To ensure a modern web experience for customers the site was designed with user experience in mind, on a responsive framework, to support the vast bulk of devices. The engaging product slider is a powerful way to draw visitors to products pages on the website. The drop-down mage menu Perfect for sites with a large number of pages or products, a mega menu improves navigation and usability. The call-to-action is an invitation for the user to respond. The website has compelling call-to-actions, which guide the user towards task completion.

eCommerce Development Solution

This development solution offers a flexible, feature-rich eCommerce environment that addresses a wide range of business needs with mobile device support. The introduction of product purchase variables in the CMS means Heyn can manage orders, create new products from scratch and review any of the core forms or e-commerce functions available on the website.

Multi-Regions. Centrally Controlled.

Editing multiple websites may become frustrating if you don't have the right tools. We developed a centrally controlled website for Heyn using a single interface that is projected out over two locations, with content and currency specifically tailored to each county. Heyn can easily switch between both websites to share any content while maintaining a consistent message and branding throughout.
