Brief

Due to the niche sector of insurance, the client required bespoke-development of a centralised online operational solution, to allow over 1,000 3rd party insurance broker staff to access a back office system. A complex yet essential process which involved careful consideration of relevant features such as instant quotations, eCommerce facilities, plus quotation save and retrieval. Our goal was to provide Lifestyle Insurances with a best-in-class website and a completely redesigned backend system that would allow their brokers and head office staff to more fully, engage with their customer bases.

Bespoke Centralised Insurance Solution

This tailored-made insurance software solution was fine-tuned to suit the specific requirements of Lifestyle Insurances and its customer-base to produce an application for seamless online purchasing of insurance. The broker staff are able to generate quotations, renewals, policy documents, manage their client's contact details, and create invoices and periodic financial reports. The system enables Lifestyle Insurances’ staff to oversee and manage all third-party broker activity within the one system.

Content Management System (CMS)

The CMS allows all non-property pages to be managed by Lifestyle Insurances and includes a fully integrated WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor that works within all modern browsers. All activity within the CMS is logged and access to the CMS is secured via a username and password.
